Vacation Suspension Plan
For those planning to be away and wish to pause their service temporarily, Wakey's Vacation Suspension plan is an ideal solution. For a nominal fee of $25 per month, this plan allows you to suspend your service for a minimum duration of three months. This option ensures that your services remain active and your equipment loan is maintained, eliminating the hassle of cancelling your account or returning hardware. Upon your return, simply notify us, and your service will be restored immediately.
Please Note: Upon reactivation, you may experience slightly slower speeds than usual for the first 24-48 hours as we reinstate your original service plan provisions.
