As a prepaid service, we require payment upfront before dispatching your Wakey Starter-kit, packed with essential, high-value hardware. Your subsequent billing cycle starts from your activation date and renews on the same date each month (28, 29, 30, or 31 days later).

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (including Visa and Mastercard Debit) in addition to Pre-Authorized Debit payments from all major Canadian financial institutions—including RBC, TD, Scotiabank, BMO, CIBC, and many more.

Absolutely, you can upgrade or downgrade your Internet Plan anytime through your MyAccount portal. It's easy and tailored to your changing needs.

Our month-to-month Home Internet Plans offer the utmost flexibility, allowing you to cancel with just 1-day notice without any cancellation fees or long-term commitments. We recommend cancelling prior to your renewal to avoid a full month's renewal charge.

With the Wakey offering month-to-month Internet Plans, there's no long-term contracts, commitments, etc. You may cancel in as little as 1-day notice.

Currently, Wakey does not offer TV or phone services. We've found that many of our customers prefer to "cut the cord," enjoying substantial savings and the freedom to stream without the need for traditional home services.
