This extension is provided as a courtesy to ensure that your service continues uninterrupted during this period. Additionally, we are pleased to waive the standard $10 suspension and restoration fee for customers who arrange for this payment extension.

Adjusting Your Billing Cycle

For ongoing flexibility, you might consider adjusting your recurring billing due date to better align with your financial schedule. We can modify your billing cycle to any date within the same month, accommodating your needs while ensuring your account remains in good standing. This adjustment is made with a pro-rated charge, ensuring that your service continues seamlessly. For example, if your billing date shifts from the 10th to the 25th, a pro-rated charge for the 15-day difference will apply immediately.

Please Note: To facilitate any changes to your billing cycle or to set up a payment arrangement, all outstanding invoices must be paid and cleared. This policy helps us maintain fairness and service continuity for all our customers.
