A $120 refundable security deposit applies to Wakey Fibre services. The deposit is fully refundable after 180 days of active service and good account standing.
Free installation and setup incentives are conditional upon maintaining active fibre service for a minimum of 180 days. Accounts cancelled within 180 days may be subject to a one-time Installation Recovery Fee of $110 + applicable taxes, deducted from the security deposit balance.
