ℹ Fibre Service Notes:
Fibre installation timelines may vary based on technician and last-mile vendor availability. Most fibre installations require approximately 10–14 business days to complete.
A $120 refundable security deposit applies to Wakey Fibre services. The deposit is retained as collateral while Wakey-owned equipment remains in service and is refundable following cancellation, return of equipment, and settlement of any outstanding account balance.
Professional installation is included at no upfront cost. To help offset installation expenses, accounts cancelled within the first 180 days of service will be subject to a one-time Installation Recovery Fee of $110 plus applicable taxes. This amount may be deducted from the security deposit balance.
Upon cancellation, the included Wi-Fi 7 router must be returned to Wakey Communications Inc. Unreturned equipment may result in additional charges.
For best performance at Gigabit speeds, a wired Ethernet connection and compatible Gigabit or Multi-Gig networking equipment are recommended.
Wi-Fi performance may vary based on device capability, home construction, interference, and overall network environment.
