ℹ Business Fibre Service Notes:
Business Fibre services include professional installation and activation at no additional charge.
Most fibre installations are completed within approximately 10–14 business days, subject to technician and last-mile vendor availability.
A $200 refundable security deposit applies to all Business Fibre services. The deposit may be refunded after 180 days of active service and good account standing, or applied toward any outstanding balance in the event of cancellation, non-payment, unreturned equipment, or early termination charges.
This service is provided on a 36-month Business Service Agreement and includes a discounted rate of $119/month (regularly $180/month) with price protection for the duration of the term.
Accounts cancelled before the end of the initial term will be subject to an early cancellation fee equal to $20 multiplied by the number of remaining months in the agreement. Any applicable fees may be deducted from the security deposit balance prior to refund.
The included Wi-Fi 7 router remains the property of Wakey Communications Inc. and must be returned upon cancellation of service. Unreturned equipment may be subject to replacement charges.
For best performance at Gigabit speeds, a wired Ethernet connection and compatible Gigabit or Multi-Gig networking equipment are recommended.
Wi-Fi performance may vary based on device capability, building construction, interference, and overall network environment.
