Pure Fibre services require a $120 refundable security deposit, which is retained as collateral while Wakey-owned equipment remains in service. The deposit is refundable following cancellation, return of equipment, and settlement of any outstanding account balance.

Accounts cancelled within the first 180 days may be subject to a one-time $110 Installation Recovery Fee plus applicable taxes, which may be deducted from the security deposit balance.
